Throughout the construction minor changes may occur during the installation process.  We require the contractor to note any changes from the as-staked plans and submit them to us.  At the end of a project we will compile the as-constructed notes and create a record drawing. 

This drawing shall be in the form of a set of reproducible drawings showing the following irrigation components: mechanical, electrical, and station sequencing.  This is one of the most valuable services offered by our firm because persons maintaining the system in the future will need to refer to a record of what has been installed.

We use digital orthophoto technology to enhance our record drawing accuracy and it provides many additional services to our clients including; high resolution course photos, Graphical Information System (GIS) technologies for calculations of seed requirements, chemical application rates and a myriad of information to support turf grass professionals
